Manufacturer's claims:

In Australia, cement tiles are widely used on house roofs. As these tiles age the oxide colouring wears off and the tiles become porous which allows dampness into the roof space. By recoating the tiles with Tilemaster, the tiles are sealed which extends their life and protects the house underneath.

Tilemaster is also an important part of the maintenance program for metal roofing.

Coverage: Requires two THICK coats. The manufacturer says that the paint should be applied at the rate of 2.25 square metres per litre (counting all coats).
