Refund policy

We want happy customers. Below we explain our approach to refunds and store credit, which you'll find is more generous than policies in most other paint shops.

Quality issues

If you are at all dissatisfied with the quality of the paint you have purchased from us once you start painting, please send us a pic of the issue, or bring back your unused paint with 14 days and we will cheerfully offer a full refund (and an apology!)

Where the colour looks different in real life to online

If you arrive to collect your paint and realise the colour looks different (and not better!) than it did on your computer monitor, you have two options.

1. We'll be happy to cancel the sale and give you a full refund 

OR

2. You can swap your tin for another tin or tub of equal value that you see on our shelves at no additional charge.

Where you don't need the item you purchased

Sometimes the paint quality is fine, but a customer realises that they don't need an item they bought. If it is in untouched condition, you can bring it back to the shop and exchange it for store credit. The credit will equal the value of your purchase less an $8 restocking fee to cover our time quality-checking the item a second time.

Where you don't like the colour once you see it on the wall

If the paint quality is fine but after you start painting you decide you don't like the colour, we cannot offer a refund for the unused paint. You are welcome to donate the paint back to us if you wish to avoid waste.
