Exterior paint is also suitable for interior use.

This Exterior Matt paint is formulated for painting on concrete, but can be used on other surfaces. It has the ability to be washed clean, unlike matte ceiling paint.

Matt paint is most suitable for uneven surfaces where the goal is to conceal these imperfections. Colours have more warmth when painted using matte or low sheen finishes than with higher gloss levels.

Marks can usually be removed with a soft brush and soapy water, then hosed off. But note that matt paints are not as stain resistant or durable as higher gloss paints.
